Product Description

FDF single effect fiber separator is mainly used to separate light and heavy sundries in the waste paper pulp, and the slurry from the hydrapulper is decomposed twice. With the help of the secondary shredding of the machine, the sieve plate and the screen hole of the bottom of hydrapulper can be increased and its production capacity can be increased.

This machine is equivalent to a combination of a sealed horizontal hydrapulper and a light&heavy impurity slag remover, it has a compact structure and high efficiency. This machine integrates the functions of crushing, removing impurities, coarse screenings, which greatly simplifies the treatment process of waste paper and reduces the energy consumption.
