Product Description

FSF fiber fractionating screen provides a practical and reliable method for continuous separation of long and short fibers of pulp. Long or short fibers can be separately applied to many varieties. If only a single variety is produced, only the long fiber needs to be refined. It is then blended with short fibers which are omitted by seminal processing to obtain better pulp. When using FSF fiber grading screen, the proportion of long and short fibers can be controlled according to the opening size, concentration and hydraulic effect of the sieve drum. The main purpose of grading long and short fiber is:

1. Get better quality from existing pulp;

2. Make better use of cheap waste paper and pulp;

3. Improve the overall strength of the pulp;

4. Obtain relatively clean short fiber pulp;

5. Improve water filtration performance;

6. Better operation performance and more uniform pulp.
