Product Description

This machine is used for pulp dehydration and white water recovery. It consists of input pulp inlet box, filter tank, mandrel, bearing, filter disc suction pipe, filter screen and pulp conveyor.

The multi-disc filter is dehydrated by using the vacuum of water legs. The slurry enters the material box into the weir plate, and its flow direction is in the opposite of filter disc, the liquid level is controlled by rotating speed. The fan-shaped filter plate is immersed in the slurry, and the filtrate flows into the fan-shaped slice and the mandrel, and the air displaced is discharged through the pipeline which is valve connected with the atmosphere. In the filtration process of the multi-disc filter, a small amount of fine fiber will form thick filtrate through the filter layer due to the less fiber absorbed on the filter disc. As the disc keeps rotating, the filter layer thickens, and the fibers in the filtrate gradually decrease to form clear filtrate. As the thickness of the fiber layer increases further, the fiber in the filtrate is decreased further to form super-clear filtrate, so as to achieve the purpose of white water filtration and fiber recovery.
