Product Description

This cylinder wire thickener consists of cylinder mould, roller press device, scraper device and transmission mechanism. Low concentration(0.5-1%) slurry is fed from inlet into the cylinder tank, the slurry is attached to the surface of cylinder mould along the low speed rotary direction of cylinder mould. The filtration pressure difference caused by the difference of the liquid level(about 1/5-1/2 of the diameter of cylinder wire)between the filter screen of different specifications and the inside and outside of cylinder wire makes the slurry filter and dehydrate. The slurry is concentrated to 5-6% by the glue gravity press-filter of the pressure roller and attached to the pressure roller along the rotary direction of the pressure roller, and the slurry is removed by the scraper to enter the pulp outlet.

Wide adaptability of pulp species, low concentration and dehydration, high capacity of production, using different meshes of the filter screen for controlling the concentration of white water.

Daily output per square meter of wire side will be less than 1 ton for masson pine ground wood pulp, more than 2 tons for chemical wood pulp, about 1.5-2 tons for straw pulp.
