FWSZ INTERATED SEWAGE TREATMENT EQUIPMENT
Introducion:
With the deepening of China's opening up to the world, the tourism and real estate industry in China is booming, the advanced hotels and villas are rising, and the advanced hotels and villas are often far away from the municipal wastewater treatment plants, which bring inconvenience to the concentrated treatment of domestic sewage. In order to protect the environment and benefit the future generations, we developed successfully the FWSZ-AO sewage treatment equipment with TongJi University. The equipment is the most efficient sewage treatment equipment with the most advanced biological treatment technology in the world, which removes BOD5, COD and NH3-N. It is widely used in the treatment of domestic sewage in advanced hotels, villas and residential district, replacing the septic tank with very low removal rate and the effluent water can not reach the national comprehensive emission standard. The trial application shows that the FWSZ-AO sewage treatment equipment is a kind of equipment with ideal treatment effect and convenient management.
Working principle:
The removal of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen in FWSZ-AO sewage treatment equipment mainly rely on the AO biological treatment process in the equipment. Its working principle is in A-level, because the concentration of organic matter in the sewage is very high and the microorganism is in the anoxic state. At this time the microorganism is a facultative microorganism. They convert the organic ammonia nitrogen in the sewage into NH3-N and use organic carbon as the electron donor, convert the NO2-N and NH3-N into N2 and also use some organic carbon sources and NH-N to synthetise new cell substance, so A-level pool not only has a certain removal function of organic matter, reduces the organic load of the subsequent aerobic pool, it is beneficial to nitrification, and relies on the high concentration of organic matter in the original water to complete denitrification, eventually eliminating the eutrophication pollution of nitrogen. In 0-level, as the concentration of organic matter has been greatly reduced, there is still a certain amount of organic matter and high NH-N. In order to further oxidize and decompose organic matter, nitrification can be carried out smoothly under the completion of carbonization, and the aerobic biological contact oxidation pool with low organic load is set in 0-level. It mainly exists aerobic microorganism and autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) in 0-level pool. The nutrient source converts the NH-N from sewage into NO-N and NO-N. The effluent of the 0-level pool is reflued to the A-level pool, providing an electron acceptor for A-level pool. Finally eliminating nitrogen pollution by reaction nitrification.

Guesthouse, hotel, sanatorium, hospital, residential area, village, market town, station, airport, seaport wharf, shipping, factory, mine, army, scenic spot, and all kinds of industry organic wastewater which is similar to domestic sewage.
