FPL HORIZONTAL FLOW TYPE AIR FLOATATION PRECIPITATION MACHINE
The power consumption is only 1/10 of the traditional air floatation method. No machanical scraper equipment is used. Each mud storage bucket is equipped with separate mud discharge pipe, which can discharge mud independently and not interfere with each other to ensure the precipitation concentration. The aerator can adjust the size of bubbles to ensure the most effective flocculation effect. It integrates precipitation, flocculation and air floatation, and greatly reduces the investment in equipment foundation. The scum removal is accomplished by slag scraper and screw conveyor. The COD removal rate is 40%-50%, and the SS removal rate is 90%.
