FIC ANAEROBIC REACTOR

1. High volume loading rate

  The IC anaerobic reactor has a strong internal circulation, good mass transfer effect, large biomass, and its volume loading is far higher than the ordinary UASB reactor. Generally, it can be about 3 times higher. When dealing with high concentration organic waste water, when COD is 10000-15000mg/1, the volume loading rate can reach 10-18CODm3· D.   

2. Save infrastructure investment and floor square 

  The volume loading rate of the IC reactor is about 3 times higher than the ordinary UASB reactor, and it is about 1/4-1/3 of the ordinary UASB reactor, so it can reduce the infrastructure investment of the reactor. The IC reactor is not only small in size, but also has a high ratio of height to diameter, so its occupies area is small and very suitable for the new and expansion projects of tight factories and mines industry.

3. Strong resistance to impact load

  The IC reactor realizes its own internal circulation, and its circulation capacity can reach 10-20 times of the effluent. Due to the full mixing of circulating water and effluent water at the bottom of the reactor, the concentration of organic matter at the bottom of the reactor is reduced and the impact load capacity of the reactor is improved. At the same time, the large amount of water also enables the bottom sludge to be dispersed, which ensures the full contact reaction of the organic matter in the waste water and the microorganism and improves the treatment load.

4. Good stability of effluent

  Because the IC reactor is equivalent to the series of two UASB reactors in series, the following reactor has a high organic load rate and "rough" treatment. The above reactor has a low load and "fine" treatment to make the water quality good and stable.
