   Wet-type biogas cabinet can be used in any situation, but the structure and principle are different, the seal of the wet-type biogas cabinet is liquid seal, and the dry-type gas cabinet is sealed with rubber or oil.

The type and structure of the gas cabinet

   The low pressure wet gas cabinet is mainly composed of a sink and a bell jar.

The structure of low pressure wet-type spiral gas cabinet is composed of water channel, tower section, bell jar, guide rail, platform, roof and upper-frame, inlet and outlet pipes, etc.

A method of construction and installation of gas cabinet

   The assembly of the gas cabinet includes the inversion method and the formal method. The common construction method is the formal method. There are two kinds of installation methods for general gas cabinet, one is mechanical fitting method, the other second is crane machinery combined with water float positive loading method. Tightness test of gas tank bottom plate adopts vacuum leak test or ammonia leakage method. 

   The overall test of gas cabinet includes: (1) water injection test is completed after completion of gas holder; (2) air tightness test and fast lifting test of bell jar and middle section.
