FTN SLUDGE DEWATERING CONCENTRATION MACHINE
FTN sludge dewatering concentration machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment with high efficiency and continuous operation. It uses polyester mesh as a filter medium to dehydrate a variety of suspending liquid, which has a pretreated water content below 99.5, to be dehydrated into a mud cake through multi-stage press (its rate of water content varies with different materials after dehydration).
This machine is suitable for the dewatering of mixed sludge and residual activated sludge produced by urban water, and is also widely used in the dewatering of various kinds of sludge produced in metallurgy, ore, chemical industry, paper, printing and dyeing, leather, electroplating, brewing, coal, sugar and so on. In particular, the dewatering effect of activated sludge, metallurgical sludge, flotation concentrate and tailings (coal) is better. According to the most advanced sludge dewatering technology, this machine is a new generation of belt press filter developed by our company on the basis of Germany KLEIN, Austrian ANDRITZ and French EMO.
