The belt vacuum filter takes the filter cloth as filter medium, and it is an high efficiency separation equipment for solid-liquid separation by fully utilizing gravity and vacuum suction. The whole ring rubber belt is used as a vacuum type. The ring rubber belt is running continuously by the motor, and the filter cloth is spread on the adhesive tape and running synchronously. The adhesive tape is contacted with the annular friction belt on the vacuum slide table and forms the water seal. The slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by the distributor. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, the vacuum filtration zone is formed on the tape. The filter cloth is collected through the transverse groove on the tape and has small holes into the vacuum chamber, and the solid particles are intercepted on the filter cloth to form the filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through the steam-water separator. With the movement of the rubber belt, the filter cake enters the washing area and the dry area. Finally, the filter cloth is separated from the tape, and the filter cake is unloaded at the unloading roll. The filter cloth dismantling the filter cake is re entered the filter area after installation, and begins to enter a new filtering period.
