FFL SEPARATOR MACHINE OF SAND AND WATER

   FFL screw type separator of sand and water can be used as a matching equipment for various sand sink tanks to separate sand from sand containing sewage and other granular solids with larger specific gravity. The sand containing sewage is cut from the top of the conical container to enter, and the vortex is formed in the container. Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, the sand particles precipitate quickly to the bottom of the container, and the spiral blade is pushed to the upper end of the sand drain. The sedimentation rate of sand is greatly accelerated because of the use of special influent mode. Compared with the ordinary sand water separation gas, the sedimentation rate of sand is faster and the effect of the sand water is higher. Through the experiment, the separation effect of sand with diameter greater than 0.2mm is up to 98%.
