High Quality Manufacture Paper with Pulp

Hydraulic headbox with built-in floater can better prevent the fiber flocculation, which is conducive to fiber forming and improve product quality.

Former does not use vacuum, which reduces power consumption. It allows lower concentration of pulp in headbox and better uniformity of paper.

Formers are equipped with specially designed catchment pans to prevent white water splashing.

The paper sheet transfer from the shaper to the press section is realized by a single blanket, thus avoiding the paper defects caused by the vacuum suction transfer of the paper sheet. 

High and low pressure water spraying device is used for net and wool cleaning.

The forming roll adopts adjustable device, which can adjust the best landing point during the operation of the equipment. It is convenient, fast and can be locked after adjustment.

Using common groove press roll can make the paper industry achieve the best loose thickness, and the maintenance and replacement is more economical and simple.
