FXLX SERIES INCLINED SCREW DEHYDRATOR

The inclined screw dehydrator is one of the important equipment in the chemical mechanical pulp process. Its function is to dehydrate the wood chips washed by the film machine under its own gravity and transport them to the steaming bin for steaming. The inclined screw dehydrator has an inclined screw structure as a whole. The lower part of the dehydrator has a sieve plate with filtering function. Under the sieve plate, there is an anti-blocking washing device.
