Thin oil lubrication system
The thin oil station is located in the middle of the drying cadre (specific consideration by the process design).The oil is supplied to the oil distributor on the operating side of the drying cadre and in the middle of the transmission side frame through the conveying pipeline. The oil is delivered to the lubrication points after manually adjusting the oil amount through the oil distributor.The lowest part of each lubrication point (drying cylinder bearing, drying cylinder transmission gear, press roller bearing, rubber roller bearing) is equipped with a return oil pipe to make the lubricating oil self-flow back to the dilute oil station.
Compressed air control system
Including: calibrator control, pneumatic control of the press part, vacuum roll, the press part of the press roller lifting pressure three curved air tire device and the gas point of the pipeline part.The calibrator control box is placed on the nearby column or rack, and the pneumatic control box of the pressing part is placed on the operating side corridor of the pressing part.In addition to the stable pressure requirements of the air supply tire, it should be a clean air source without oil and water. It is recommended that users adopt oil-free lubricated air compressor.
Open hood section
The steam cover is an open steam cover, which is divided into two parts: the former cadre and the latter. The upper part of the steam cover is fixed.The steam cover is composed of a panel, a roof, an air duct, a moving door, an exhaust pipe and a supporting frame.The wall plate is corrugated aluminum plate, the roof plate is heat insulation type double aluminum plate (sandwich filled rock wool), and there is a rectangular air duct under the roof.Both sides of the ventilation duct are equipped with movable plates to adjust the exhaust volume of evaporative water vapor in each section of the dryer in each group. The ventilation duct is connected with the exhaust duct and leads to the side wall of the transmission. The air duct and the exhaust fan are provided by the user.The front and rear ends of the bottom of the hood are provided with water tanks.
